TL&C Farmland is currently in prelaunch, and we are actively building the foundation for our first residential farm program. There are multiple ways to get involved—whether through funding, partnerships, volunteering, or early support.
We are currently building TL&C Farmland from the ground up. Founding supporters play a critical role in helping us secure land, develop infrastructure, and launch our first cohort.

We are currently connecting with funders, collaborators, and organizations interested in supporting or partnering in the development of TL&C Farmland.
We are building a network of early volunteers to support planning, outreach, and future program development.
For case workers, DSS offices, group home staff, court-appointed advocates, and community partners: if you work with a young person aging out of foster care who needs stable housing, structure, and a path forward — this program was built for them.
